7. AI-Generated Content

Alliance does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs and disclaims liability arising from reliance on such outputs.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, content, designs, trademarks, logos, documentation, and related intellectual property rights, are owned by Alliance or its licensors.
Except as expressly permitted by Alliance, no rights are granted to you beyond the limited right to access and use the Services.

ALLIANCE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLIANCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ALLIANCE'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER TO ALLIANCE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alliance, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
Your use of the Services.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of applicable laws.
Content or data submitted by you through the Services.
15. Changes to These Terms
Alliance may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
